ABOUT

The International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region under the auspices of UNESCO (ICHCAP) was established in 2011 as South Korea’s first UNESCO Category 2 Centre for culture sector. Working within the framework of the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, ICHCAP is working incessantly to share information and establish a network for the safeguarding and promotion of intangible cultural heritage in the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2020, we have invited experts worldwide to hold online webinars, conferences, and forums. These online events are open to the public and live-streamed on our official online platforms.

This website is built to provide information for both previous and upcoming webinars. We anticipate your interest and participation. Should you need any further information, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
